Todd McMullen is a Filmmaker and Cinematographer who started his career in Hollywood working on films including Martin Scorsese’s Casino, The Green Mile and Francis Ford Coppola’s Dracula. Moving up the ranks to Cinematographer, Todd has applied his distinctive style of photography to such acclaimed and iconic TV series such as Friday Night Lights, HBO’s The Newsroom and The Leftovers, as well as network pilots for Quantico and 12 Monkeys.

 

His cinematography on the feature film, Walking Out, was nominated for the narrative competition at Sundance Film Festival and placed in final competition in Camerimage’ in Poland.

 

Todd has collaborated and forged relationships with Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon, HBO, as well as all major networks. He recently served as consultant and cinematographer on “Palm Royale”, streaming now on Apple TV. “Firebug” starring Taron Egerton and Jurnee Smollett, photographed by Todd will drop in 2025 on Apple TV.

 

Todd has directed episodes of Friday Night lights, as well as the series, Day 5 for Rooster Teeth and segments of TV shows such as “Dirty John, and "Panic" for Amazon. He is currently directing a music Bio-pic and has a tv show and film in the works. His experience and unique style always result in a cinematic and elevated look no matter what the project and budget call for. His collaboration is always mutual and adventurous.
